Recognize Your Skills

Many people have skills for which they are paid money, or seek to be paid  money. But if they receive money, they spend it for what they need. What if we just eliminated the middle step - you provide your skills, you get the thing you need!  There are people who have skills and abilities but believe they are dependent upon people who have money to first choose to pay them before they can get what they desire? What if others who need your skills were able to pay you in a currency that you both agreed had value,  (SERVICE points) which you could spend with them or someone else who had whatever it was you wanted or needed to buy? You have just empowered those who need your skills to pay you for them using a currency that you both agree to honor as representing value.
