My SERVICE RECORD
Beginning Transaction Date - 00/00/00
To trade with SERVICE points, initiate a transaction with a SERVICE Member. This required to create a beginning total of points with which to trade with other members of the SERVICE group.
SERVICE Member Name and ID Number
List the name and SERVICE ID number of the person with whom you are trading. The SERVICE ID is the first and last initial of the name and the phone number.
SERVICE Provided
Are you providing a service? Are you providing an item? Write the description in the plus (+) column, since you will be adding SERVICE points.
SERVICE Received
Are you receiving a service? Are you receiving an item? Write the description in the minus (-) column, since you will be subtracting SERVICE points.
New Balance After Transaction
List your new balance after the transaction. To increase SERVICE points, simply provide more SERVICE to the members of your group!
Rate The Transaction
How was the service or product you received? The recipient may rate the transaction from 5 to 1, with 5 being most satisfied, and 1 being least satisfied.
Adding SERVICE Members
Anyone with a cell phone and an e-mail address can join the group, simply by providing a service or product to a member, or having a member provide a service or product to them. Any member of the group can pull up another member's SERVICE RECORD. All transactions are transparent to insure honesty by all participants. Only add members you can trust to maintain this policy.
